    February 3, 2016

    Don't forget that Monday is the first day of Homecoming.  Dress in your best pajamas for Captain Underpants Day.

    Today is the last day to turn in your Homecoming shirt order forms.  They are due to Mrs Fischer's room #17 by 3 p.m.

    Send a Valentine Gram, which will be delivered February 12th, to a friend or significant other.  A 4 in heart shaped cookie gram can be purchased for $2 or a lip sucker gram can be purchased for $1.  Cookie/Candy grams can be purchased during lunch or at One Stop Tribal Shop Feb 1- Feb 8.  The cookie orders must be turned in by Feb 8th.  Suckers may be purchased until Feb 11th.  Sugar cookies may also be purchased by the dozen for $10.  These are just regular sugar cookies, not heart shaped and cannot be delivered individually.  All cookies are homemade by Country Cookies.

    All classes need to build a wagon float for the mini parade for Winter Homecoming.  Homecoming is Feb 12th and the parade will take place at the pep assembly on Feb 11th.  Class officers and sponsors be sure to get your float built.  

    The recruiter from Columbia College will be here TODAY.

    There will be a Powder Puff Volleyball tournament on Monday, Feb 8th at 6 p.m.  Teams will consist of 5-8 boys with a girl coach.  It will cost $5 per player and there will be a $2 entry fee for spectators.  Forms to register teams can be found in Mrs Wilmes' room and are due to Mrs Wilmes by TODAY at 3:15 p.m. All proceeds will go to support Bradon Krull.  Thanks!

    All STUCO members need to be here at 7 a.m. next Monday morning for Homecoming practice.  Bring 2 boxes of Little Debbies.  This is required.

    Reminder:  Hillyards students are expected to attend Hillyards on Thurs & Fri.

    Health Occ applications are in the Counseling Center.  Please have them completed and returned by next Fri Feb 12th.

    All school fees must be paid to attend the Homecoming game and Dance.

    All FCCLA members don't forget to come to the First Christian church in Savannah, the early service at 8:30 a.m., on Feb 7th.  Please wear your FCCLA Chapter t shirt.

    Sophomores will be holding a class meeting on Monday, Feb 8, during Savage Time.

    Students registered to take the ACT on SATURDAY at SHS:  Use the building entrance near the Counseling Center and don't forget your photo ID and calculator.

    SENIORS:  Several scholarships, including the Harry F Duncan, will be posted by the end of the day - your long weekend would be a great time to work on them!  Stop by the Counseling Center.

    There will be a Savannah FFA Week Meeting Wednesday after school.  

    Attention all FCCLA members FCCLA Week is February 7 through the 13.  Don't forget to sign up to bring in food for the teacher breakfast and the dress up days are the same as homecoming days.

    All FCCLA members don't forget to come to the First Christian Church in Savannah, the early service at 8:30 a.m. on February 7.  Please wear your FCCLA Chapter t shirt.

    Any Jr boys interested in attending Missouri Boys State this June, can find the application online at missouriboysstaeo.org.  The application should be filled out online, printed and turned into Mrs Karen Ross in the Counseling Center by March 1, 2016.  Make sure to check the qualifications.  please see Mrs Ross in the Counseling Center if you have further questions.
