Savannah Middle School

The staff of SMS spent a couple of hours on Friday sharing their time and talent with Second Harvest. The group learned how many counties and families the organization serves, how the organization works, and then divided into three groups to help fill boxes, sort and net fruits and vegetables, and fill bags for the upcoming "Mail Carrier Food Drive".  Second Harvest provides non-perishable items to the SMS Caring Closet.  Helping others in our community was a great way to start our Spring Break!
