Online Registration for the 2025-26 school year is now open! All SR3 families—including returning students—must complete registration each year.
A special note for bus riders: Students who plan to ride the bus this fall must complete the 2025 Bus Registration Form HERE and complete online registration via TeacherEase.
What IS online registration?
Online registration consists of filling out yearly school registration forms electronically. This saves you from a mountain of paperwork in August, and it is the best way to ensure your information is current, correct, and complete.

📲 New This Year - We're asking middle and high school families to include student cell phone numbers during registration. This will help coaches, sponsors, and school staff communicate with students through School Status Connect.
How do I register my students online?
Parents/guardians should log in to the TeacherEase Parent Portal and follow the prompts to complete registration.

Never Used TeacherEase?
You probably already have an account if:
Your child attended SR3 during the 2024-25 school year
You completed Kindergarten screening paperwork this spring
Your child is transitioning to SHS from Avenue City
To log in: Go to the [TeacherEase Login Page], enter your email, and click ‘Forgot Password’ to reset. (Check your spam folder if you don’t receive the email.)

New to the District?
TeacherEase does not currently support new enrollments. If your family is new to SR3, contact the school building office after August 1 for enrollment assistance.
TeacherEase App
We think registration works best via the Chrome browser on a computer, but if you prefer, a TeacherEase app is available for free for Apple or Android users. In addition to registration, the app allows you to add lunch money to your student's account, pay fees online, and check grades. Please note that downloading the app is not required.
No Internet? No Problem!
Each school building will have computer stations available beginning August 1 during business hours and Back-to-School Nights.
You must have an email address to log into the Parent Portal.
Bus Riders
Students riding the bus this fall must:
Complete the 2025 Bus Registration Form by July 25
Complete Online Registration through TeacherEase
Late registration may delay bus assignment until after September 1.
We also recommend downloading the BusZone app for real-time route updates from Durham School Services. See the Transportation Department page on our website for more information!
There IS such a thing as Free Lunch!
We encourage all families to fill out an application for free or reduced meal benefits as soon as possible. Applications can be filled out online via the TeacherEase parent portal! Printable copies of the application can also be found on our website or in the front office of any SR3 school.
Please note that all information must be filled out completely for an application to be processed. Failure to complete or accurately complete the form will result in the application being sent home for updated information, which will delay the processing of your application.
