The new school year is right around the corner, and we’re here to make sure every family feels informed and ready. To help you navigate what’s required—and what’s recommended—we’ve broken it down into three simple steps for a smooth start across all grade levels.

✅ STEP 1: Complete Online Registration (Required for ALL Students)

Before anything else, all families must complete Online Registration through TeacherEase. This step ensures we have your most up-to-date contact information, emergency contacts, medical information, and more. (It also saves you from a boatload of paperwork)

Why this step matters:
Online registration is how your child is officially enrolled for the year. It’s fast, secure, and required before students can receive a class schedule or attend school.

Need help?

New to the district?
Welcome! Please contact your school after August 1 to schedule an in-person registration appointment.

(At this time, new families cannot register online.)

🏫 STEP 2: Attend On-Campus Registration (Middle & High School Only)

While Online Registration is required for everyone, Middle and High School students also need to attend On-Campus Registration to complete in-person tasks that cannot be handled online.

On-Campus Registration is your time to:

  • Pick up class schedules

  • Find your locker & set it up for the year, or drop off supplies

  • Take school pictures

  • Pay Fees or add lunch money in person (optional)

Can't make registration?

We understand that August is a busy time, and your family may be squeezing in one last road trip before the first day of school. If you can't make registration, don't panic! Students can have their picture taken on picture re-take day in September, and everyone gets a new copy of their schedule on the first day of school anyway.

Elementary families do not have a separate On-Campus Registration event.

👋 STEP 3: Attend Back-to-School Night or Meet the Teacher Night

Back-to-School Night is a welcoming event for all families to meet teachers, tour buildings, and ease those first-day jitters. Whether your child is starting kindergarten or entering their senior year, this is a valuable chance to connect.

Why it’s important:

  • Meet your child’s teachers and school staff

  • Explore classrooms and school spaces

  • Drop off School Supplies

  • Take first-day-ready photos

  • Ask questions and connect with the school community

Elementary Schools:
This is your primary in-person event—bring supplies, say hello, and get your student excited!

Middle & High School:
In addition to On-Campus Registration, students are invited back for Meet the Teacher Night to walk their schedule, meet staff, and snap lots of selfies!

Reminder: Parents will not be allowed to walk students into the building on the first day of school -- so this is your opportunity to explore the space together!

📌 Quick Reminders:

  • Online Registration must be completed first.

  • Middle & High School students must attend On-Campus Registration to get their schedules and have their school picture taken.

  • All families should attend Back-to-School Night or Meet the Teacher Night

  • Bring any required forms, supplies, and smiles!

We’re so excited to welcome everyone back and look forward to seeing you soon.
