Our annual Docudrama presentation will be taking place on campus. This powerful and realistic mock accident scene is part of an important safety lesson for our high school students in the days leading up to Prom. Every year, local first responders partner with SHS to show the real-life consequences of dangerous driving behaviors like texting and driving or driving under the influence. It’s an impactful way to remind students to make smart, safe choices on the road. 💡 Did you know? 🧐 Avenue City operates as an independent K-8 school district! Many people assume Avenue City is part of the Savannah R3 School District, but it’s actually separate. After 8th grade, students (and their families) can choose where to attend high school—including Savannah High School!
